Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Original artworks may require additional packaging time to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Packaging Every piece is packaged with the utmost care. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy tubes with protective wrapping. Original artworks are wrapped in acid-free tissue, reinforced with protective material, and placed in double-walled boxes to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
- 🇮🇪 Ireland: 2–4 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Insurance Original artworks are fully insured during transit. If your piece is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact me at danielagarauartist@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. I will work with you to find the best resolution, whether that's a replacement print or a refund.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. These charges are outside my control and are not included in the shipping cost.
