  To receive an accurate quote and timeline, please contact us with the following details:

- A photo or description of the desired subject (e.g., your pet)
- Your preferred medium (e.g., oil on canvas, acrylics, coloured pencils, graphite)
- The expected dimensions of the artwork in centimetres
- Your preference for the background (e.g., detailed, blurred, or plain)
- Your desired completion date

Conditions

We believe that clear communication is essential when commissioning a painting. Once details are provided and we both agree to proceed, the full payment is required before work is commenced on your piece.

Cancellation

Please note cancellation is accepted at any stage, but the following conditions apply: 

1. Full Refund: Issued if cancellation occurs before any work has started. The full refund also applies if the cancellation has been initiated from our side at any stage of the work. 
2. Partial Refund: Available if work has already begun; the refund amount will be determined based on the hours invested in the project. The artwork in its current state can be shipped to you, if desired.
3. No Refund: This applies if you cancel after the artwork is completed. The artwork can be shipped to you, if desired.

Changes

Requests for changes to commissioned artwork are welcome, provided they can be realistically carried out. If a revision cannot be completed, you will receive a clear explanation outlining the reasons. Please note that for oil or acrylic paintings, all changes must be requested before the piece is varnished.

One complimentary round of revisions is included, however, any further adjustments may incur an additional fee. Changes that require retouching more than 10% of the painting can also be accommodated for an added cost. A detailed quote, covering both pricing and the estimated timeline, will be provided promptly.
